Where Nursing WILL: Workforce, Innovation, Leadership and Learning
The Kansas Nursing Workforce Center, based at the University of Kansas School of Nursing, will ensure Kansans have access to nurses when and where they need them and will support nurses both individually and as part of the health care team.
Broad collaboration is required to solve nursing sustainability issues in order to assure positive health outcomes for patients. We welcome ideas and participation from everyone invested in assuring the Kansas nursing workforce is empowered to deliver the best care possible.
The Kansas Nursing Workforce Center is foundationally steeped in research, education and policy development. We use science and evidence-based practices to examine information, provide solutions, and generate new knowledge in specific focus areas.
