Wellness
The School of Health Professions is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of our students, faculty and staff. We believe we must care for ourselves in order to care for the communities we serve.
Please explore the array of health and wellness services available through the University of Kansas Medical Center. Your health and well-being matters.
We invite you to check out what's available to help bolster your physical, mental, personal and professional well-being.
Thrive Food Pantry
The Thrive Food Pantry, located on the Kansas City campus, helps address food insecurity by providing students access to nutritious food. Providing non-perishable food items, as well as fresh produce grown in the campus gardens, helps students meet their basic dietary needs and ensures no student goes hungry.
Suicide Awareness and Prevention
Explore our hub for resources related to crisis support, counseling services and educational information to help employees, students and friends and family support those in need. For support 24/7, call or text 988 to reach the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
How Can We Help?
Our school is actively engaged in expanding campus wellness resources, and we hope you will reach out if you have ideas to share.
