The Alpha Eta Society-KU Chapter
Founded in 1975, the Alpha Eta Society promotes and recognizes significant scholarship, leadership and contributions to the allied health professions.
This national scholastic honor society was named for the Greek letters alpha and eta, equivalent to the first letters of "allied health."
The KU School of Health Professions received notice of its successful application to join the Alpha Eta Society in the fall of 2018, becoming the 88th local chapter of the national organization.
The KU chapter includes students, faculty and alumni from the school's programs.
