Rene R. Jamison, Ph.D.

Professional Background

Dr. Rene Jamison graduated from Kansas State University and completed her Doctorate degree in School Psychology at the University of Kansas. She completed her developmental pediatrics fellowship in the Center for Child Health and Development at the University of Kansas Medical Center and joined the faculty in 2008 at the rank of Assistant Professor and promoted to Associate Professor in 2017. Dr. Jamison is a Licensed Psychologist with an emphasis in autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, and a particular research and clinical expertise around females with autism and gender differences. Dr. Jamison is the Director of our Kansas Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities (KS-LEND) Program, a federally funded interdisciplinary training program.
