Professional Background

With over 22 years of dedicated service in healthcare, Kylie has built a distinguished career in critical care, encompassing roles in EMS, ICU, ER, and as a flight nurse. Kylie began her journey in nursing by earning an LPN and ADN from Colby Community College. Her passion for education led her to serve as an adjunct clinical educator at Colby Community College and later at the University of Kansas School of Nursing.

In 2018, Kylie earned a BSN from Grand Canyon University, further advancing her expertise. Her commitment to leadership and excellence in nursing education culminated in an MSN in Nursing Leadership from Grand Canyon University in 2023. Currently, Kylie is a Clinical Instructor specializing in simulation, where she continues to inspire and educate the next generation of nurses.
