Professional Background

Emily Clements, M.D., is an associate professor and board-certified faculty psychiatrist in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Clements, who joined the faculty in 2020, is a member of the Consult-Liaison Psychiatry Team at The University of Kansas Health System and works with both medical students and residents.

Dr. Clements graduated from the six-year BA/MD program and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC) School of Medicine, where she received her residency’s Altruism Award in 2018.

Dr. Clements is a member of the American Psychiatric Association.
