Unloading and Set-up: 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.

Unload at the front entrance of The Vail. Park your car in one of the free area public lots or the garage.

Resident physicians, medical, physician assistant, nursing, allied health, and behavioral health students, and other health care professionals are invited to attend KCO. Please be prepared to talk with people in a variety of health care fields. We suggest having a representative attend who can talk with nurses and allied/behavioral health, as well as someone to speak with resident physicians. For the past 5 years, attendance has ranged from 200-250 in Wichita.

Exhibit fee includes food and drink for two (2) representatives, 2 ½' x 6' table with tablecloth, facility profile in event booklet, and event materials for two (2) representatives, opportunity to meet with health care students and professionals to discuss future employment.

A fee of fifty dollars ($50) will be added for each additional representative.

A panel discussion will address what it is really like to practice in rural and underserved Kansas. Panelists will share their practice experiences. The main audience for the presentation is medical students and physician assistant students. The panel will take place from 3 to 4 p.m. Exhibitors are invited to attend the presentation at Distillery 244, 1/2 block north of The Vail.
