Here are the financial aid reimbursement/refund dates for summer 2025, fall 2025 and spring 2026.
Current Operating Hours
The Student Financial Aid Office is available in person and by phone Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Office Closures
- Monday, March 16 - Wednesday, March 18, 2026 no services available in person due to noise from construction activities. We are available via email and phones those three days.

Aid for spring 2026
- Complete the 2026-27 FAFSA.
- The federal school code for the University of Kansas (which includes the Medical Center) is 001948.
Aid for summer 2026, fall 2026 and spring 2027
- Complete the 2026-27 FAFSA by our March 1, 2026, priority deadline for limited-funded programs.
