We use National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment and degree verifications to third party requestors.
Verify Degree and Enrollment
Request a degree and/or enrollment verification directly through NSC. Select "UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS MEDICAL CENTER- KANSAS CITY" as the institution when completing the form.
Verify Other Information
- Confirm dates of attendance and/or request your transcript through the Registrar's Office.
- State licensure requests can be sent to Enrollment Services, MS 4005, 3901 Rainbow Blvd., Kansas City, KS 66160.
- For residency verifications, contact the Office of Graduate Medical Education at 913-588-7223.
