In support of our military and veteran students, faculty and staff, we host regular events and meetings and encourage participation on our Military and Veterans Affair Committee.
Military and Veterans' Affairs Committee
The KU Medical Center Military and Veterans Affairs Committee works to develop a military- and veteran-friendly campus and facilitate health research relevant to military members, veterans and their families. The committee includes students, faculty, staff and community partners who share this mission.

Join a special Veterans Day Campus-Wide Leadership Series, 12:15-1:25 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 17. Colonel Edgar G. Arroyo, commander/CEO, and Lieutenant Colonel Jarett T. Skinner, deputy commander for clinical services, will discuss their current leadership roles at Irwin Army Community Hospital, Fort Riley, Kansas, as well as their career paths.
