Military Residency

KU Medical Center grants current and former members of the armed forces in-state resident status for tuition and fee purposes.

In-State Residency Status

We grant in-state status in compliance with State of Kansas law and the federal Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014. Because of this, we do not participate in the Yellow Ribbon program.
